If you organize events🎶 in your restaurant such as concerts, exhibitions or fairs you can create it on Octotable and allow customers to book.
Go to 🔧 Configuration > Shifts section create a specific shift for the event, choose the time slot and the day it will take place.
You can also select the specific room where the event will take place:

You can also sell tickets 🎟️ or simply ask for a deposit by turning ON Booking deposit.
🔶 In this section you can:
- Request a deposit from a certain number of guests 👥;
- Decide whether the amount to be paid is per person or not. If you choose the first option, remember to activate the appropriate Tab;
- Enter a brief description of the event that will appear at the time of booking:
🔶 By clicking at the bottom of the page on Create event page you can create a booking page only for that specific event and customize it as you wish:
You can insert a background image, a logo, customize the description and write a welcome message:
After filling in the fields, click on Save and then on Preview to see what the guest will look like:
Once you have entered the number of people, the date of the event and the chosen time, the guest can pay the deposit:
