This article explains how to download a file from Octotable containing all the reservations you are interested in and use it to perform your own analyses based on the selected time period.
To download the file, access the reservations section from the Dashboard or the Reservations List, then set the filters at the top according to your preferences. After that, click the icon at the bottom left to export the file.
You will get an Excel file that allows you to organize the data as you prefer and perform detailed analyses to monitor booking trends in your restaurant.
